This page is dedicated all our pets who have passed on before us.
We can't wait to get to the Rainbow Bridge so they will all
shower us with kisses again. We long to hold and touch them all again.
We love you all bunches, Roger, Denise, Lacy and Cody

By the edge of a woods, at the foot of a hill,
Is a lush, green meadow where time stands still.
Where the friends of man and woman do run,
When their time on earth is over and done.

For here, between this world and the next,
Is a place where each beloved creature finds rest.
On this golden land, they wait and they play,
Till the Rainbow Bridge they cross over one day.

No more do they suffer, in pain or in sadness,
For here they are whole, their lives filled with gladness.
Their limbs are restored, their health renewed,
Their bodies have healed, with strength imbued.

They romp through the grass, without even a care,
Until one day they start, and sniff at the air.
All ears prick forward, eyes dart front and back,
Then all of a sudden, one breaks from the pack.
For just at that instant, their eyes have met;
Together again, both person and pet.

So they run to each other, these friends from long past,
The time of their parting is over at last.
The sadness they felt while they were apart,
Has turned into joy once more in each heart.
They embrace with a love that will last forever,
And then, side-by-side, they cross over… together.

Keisha sleeping on the waterbed.

Keisha

Keisha was my protector. She was a big, lovable bear. She loved to walk in the house with me tugging on my coat sleeve.

Keisha's best friend was Patches. Patches would lay on top of Keisha to stay warm.

Keisha developed Cancer of the spleen and was taken from us one Thanksgiving week.

She is dearly missed and I can't wait to have another Rottweiler.

Hoss and Rascal hanging out on top of their doghouses.

Hoss and
Rascal

Rascal (on the right) was given to Cody by a friend. He became very sick, but Denise nursed him back to health.

Meanwhile, the breeder gave Cody Hoss (on the left) since Rascal was so sick.

Rascal went to live with a family friend and ran off one day. We can only hope he was found by someone.

Hoss was with the trainer and was killed in the field by another dog.

Toby smiling.

Toby

Toby was Roger's quail hunting dog.

Roger brought Toby home from a pet store where he had become too big for his kennel because no one wanted him.

Toby turned out to be the best hunting dog Roger ever loved.

Toby's life was taken one day by a car passing by.

Billy, my little guy

Billy

Billy wasn't with us for very long. I worked at a kennel and his dad was always traveling. One day he asked if I wanted him and of course I said yes.

Billy would then go to work with me every day.

Billy was a sweet and tough little man. When he was in trouble, I would call him William.

Billy's life was taken one day by a car passing by.

Kayla had some wild hair!

Kayla

Kayla was my first dog after I moved out on my own. I could finally have a dog live in my house with me!

She was my companion and went EVERYWHERE with me. While driving, she would sit on my lap with her head hanging out the window.

Kayla passed away from old age.

My first horse, Trigger.

Trigger

Trigger was my first horse. I named him after Roy Rogers' horse, Trigger.

My dad bought him for me when I was seven years old. He came from a sale barn.

Trigger didn't pass away while in my possession, but I know he's over there and I'll always remember him.

Thank you for visiting!
